How do I request a Featured Need?

If you are a District Administrator, you will be able to create a Featured Need and/or approved a Featured Need. If you are a teacher, you will be able to create the Need, however, you will not be able to designate the need type as a 'Featured Need'. You will need to request that the Need be upgraded to a Featured Need. 

This is where you will make a request for your Need Type (you will turn the toggle button from red to green):

Once you turn the toggle button from red to green, another field will appear and you will select 'Request Promotion to Feature Need':
