The internet service provided thorough the Program is sourced by T-Mobile’s nationwide cellular network. We encourage everyone thinking of enrolling in the program to check their coverage prior to enrolling. If you do not have adequate cellular coverage at your intended location of use, performance of your wireless HotSpot may be limited. You can check T-Mobile’s coverage in your area HERE, however make sure the 5G switch is turned off as our hotspot devices operate on 4G. As for the phones for ConnectEDge, the Galaxy A52 and A32 and the iPhone 12 mini all support 5G. If you have the iPhone SE it only supports 4G.
