Why would I use a code for Check-out?

The main reason for the verification code requirement for events on Check-out is to make sure that you are eligible for the event. For example, a junior high basketball team is having an event at school and they only want the team, members of the team, and parents to have access to the event. Another example of when to use an Event check-out code might be the Junior/Senior Prom.  You might only allow certain grade levels to purchase Prom tickets.  You can require a code at check-out to verify that only eligible participants can attend the event.
