My battery is swollen. What do I do?
Firstly, stop using the device immediately. Remove the battery from the device if it is safe to do so and dispose of it appropriately.
This happens sometimes, either due to a defective battery or the battery simply exceeding its shelf-life. We do apologize for this, and if you contact us we will send a replacement battery for your device ASAP.
